I ordered a game that turned out to be on backorder, so it did take a bit longer than I was expecting. That said, Funagain kept me in the loop the whole time, which made me feel a lot better about the wait. Once it was back in stock, the order shipped out and arrived in great shape. It wasn’t a perfect situation since I had to be patient, but they handled it professionally and nothing went wrong. I’d feel confident ordering from them again.

Had an issue with it at first, not really sure what happened, but after going back and forth a bit they ended up fixing it. Took some time, but it’s resolved now.

The box showed up in great shape, didnt have any dents or mess. You can tell it was packed with care.

My order went through without any issues, which was a relief because I never really trust customer service to be much help if something goes wrong. Overall, it was a good experience, and I’ll probably check here first next time.
